Vintage

Higher than average rainfall during winter and early spring. Cool night-time vineyard temperatures developed stable flavours and tannins. Harvesting was able to commence with low grape- sugar concentration. Sauvignon Blanc is fragrant, fresh with good acidity and textures. Exceptional vintage.

Vineyards

Sourced from selected Sauvignon Blanc vineyards located in the premium growing area of Limestone Coast.

Winemaking

Harvested in the cool of night, gently pressed and cool fermented.

Enjoy

Perfect with Seafood or a simple cheese board with mild soft cheeses will go beautifully.
