Bos Cabernet Sauvignon
‘Bos’ Latin for Bull.
As cattle graziers in the Coonawarra since 1906, the bull has been part of the Reschke family heritage for over 100 years. Now focused on producing the perfect Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon, a commitment to quality has evolved, with vines hand pruned and managed to produce very low yields. This has ensured the berries harvested are rich in flavour and character. Softness and elegance of this wine have been enhanced by maturation in small French oak casks.
This rich and fruit-driven parcel of hand-selected Cabernet fruit presents hints of pepper spice on the fore with flavours of blackberry and cherry. The wine provides a full-bodied structure, silky tannins, and excellent varietal characteristics – for that lasting impression.

"This wine is looking good considering its age with colour still quite youthful; and just starting to show some development on the rim. It is a big version of Coonawarra full of ripe cassis and blackcurrant fruits well supported by sweet, coconut oak. That rich oak continues on the palate and dominates the sweet fruit a little while also providing chewy tannins. It’s a solid, chunky red well suited to fans of the wines from the Barossa or McLaren Vale."
