Vineyards

The Quarry Collection Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the premium vineyard surrounding the winery.

Winemaking

The wine was picked during cool nights and pressed off skins immediately, retaining the the intense aromas and flavours. The juice was cold settled and fermented cool and slow to maximise fruit expression.

Pair with seafood or a mild goat's milk cheese.
