Nova Duo Grenache Shiraz
Lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry. Fresh juicy palate with cherries, red fruits and spices. Medium bodied with fine, savoury tannins.
Single Vineyards - Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Hand pruned, hand-picked, separate small batch ferment. Whole bunch ferment Grenache, hand plunged. Shiraz crushed, 15 days ferment / skin contact. Individually pressed directly to used French and American barrels and hogsheads. 10 months barrel maturation prior to blending and bottling. Released early to capture the freshness of the Grenache.

"Blewitt Springs is home to some of the finest Grenache in McLaren Vale with this wine made with 65% Blewitt Springs Grenache and the balance being Shiraz. It is a big, ripe and deeply coloured style of Grenache showing layers of jubey dark fruits with a dusting of aged leather, and spice. It’s then super soft and supple, tannins light and feathery which supports a lingering finish. Enjoy in the next couple of years with gourmet sausage rolls."
