Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon ripened to full maturity on Terra Rossa soils over the warm, dry 2018 summer. This richly flavoured wine, with complex layers of ripe cassis and dark berries, is rich and round with subtle French oak flavours and fine grain tannins. A full bodied wine with layers of complex fruit flavours, it can be enjoyed now with red meat dishes and mature cheeses or carefully cellared.

Sourced from selected Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards located in the premium growing area of Coonawarra.
Fruit was fermented to dryness on skins. Following pressing, clarification and blending, the wine was matured in French oak hogsheads for 12 months prior to bottling.
Moussaka, ideal whether making a vegetarian style, or using a lean lamb mince.
