Named for the quarry in which the winery is located. The surrounding vines are deeply rooted into the limestone bedrock and rich Terra Rossa soil, unique to the vineyard location.

"Offering fabulous fruit purity and perfume, the wine shows blackberry, blueberry compote, violet and cedar characters on the nose with a light dusting of cocoa and dark spices. It’s concentrated and refined on the palate, exhibiting flowing mouthfeel and silky tannins, finishing impressively long and satisfying."
