1. Acceptance of Terms
Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Ineligible Participants
Employees and immediate family members of Reschke Wines, CW Wines and any agencies directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am ACST on Tuesday 8 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
5. Game of Chance
This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
6. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Visit the promotional website at https://www.reschke.com.au/;
- Complete the online sign-up form with all requested details;
- Sign up to receive marketing communications from the Reschke Wines mailing list, including news, offers and promotional communications by email; and
- Submit the completed form.
Successful submission of the sign-up form during the Promotion Period constitutes one (1) entry into the promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
7. Entry Requirements
Entrants must provide all information requested on the promotional sign-up form and satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied with their entry,
including their email address, is accurate and current.
8. Entry Limits
One (1) entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period.
Submitting the sign-up form multiple times, including using multiple email addresses, does not entitle an entrant to additional entries. Duplicate entries may be deemed
invalid.
9. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an
entrant's identity, age and Australian residency.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with, manipulates or interferes with the entry process.
10. Prize
There is one (1) prize available:
One (1) 12L Balthazar of Reschke Bos Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.
The prize has a recommended retail value of AUD $1,100 (including GST) as at 8 September 2026.
The total prize pool is AUD $1,100.
11. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner must be aged 18 years or over and may be required to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity and Australian residency before the prize is awarded.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
12. Prize Delivery
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to an Australian residential address
nominated by the winner.
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the prize within 30 days of winner confirmation.
As the prize contains alcohol, it must be accepted by the winner or another person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
The prize will not be left unattended where the delivery provider cannot establish that it is being received by a person aged 18 years or over.
13. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 10:00am ACDT on Tuesday 6 October 2026 at Reschke Wines / CW Wines Head Office, 4 Nelson Street, Stepney SA 5069.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
14. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner will be notified by email using the contact details supplied with their entry
within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact details provided with their entry are
accurate and current.
15. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, does not claim the prize
within fourteen (14) days of notification, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid entries, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
Any unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same location and in the same manner as the original draw.
The replacement winner will be notified using the contact details supplied with their entry.
16. Winner Publication
The winner's name may be published on the Reschke Wines website, social media channels and/or other promotional channels, subject to applicable laws.
17. Responsible Consumption
Reschke Wines supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
The prize will only be awarded to a person aged 18 years or over.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition
and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
19. Promotion Interference
If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or other causes, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
20. Technical and Entry Errors
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries, or technical problems that may prevent an entrant from successfully submitting an entry.
Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.
21. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct intended to manipulate or undermine the promotion.
Automated, bulk-generated, fraudulent or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
22. Privacy
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and handled by Reschke Wines in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Promoter will use entrants' personal information for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion, including verifying entries and eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.
As signing up to the Reschke Wines mailing list is a condition of entry, entrants' personal information will also be used to send Reschke Wines news, offers and promotional communications in accordance with clause 23.
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
23. Reschke Wines Mailing List and Marketing Communications
Signing up to the Reschke Wines mailing list is a condition of entry into this promotion.
By submitting the promotional sign-up form, entrants consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Reschke Wines, including news, product information, offers and other promotional communications by email.
Entrants may unsubscribe from the Reschke Wines mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in marketing emails.
Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been
submitted will not invalidate that entry or affect the entrant's eligibility to win.
24. Use of Winner's Details
Subject to the winner's consent and applicable law, the Promoter may request permission to use the winner's name, image and/or likeness in connection with announcing and promoting the outcome of the promotion.
25. Entry Costs
Entry into the promotion is free.
Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the promotional website, including internet or mobile data charges.
26. Disputes
Any dispute relating to the promotion will be considered by the Promoter acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable Australian laws.
