This is a rich and lively McLaren Vale Shiraz, showing characteristics of style and driving acidity that are hallmarks across the Ulithorne range. With plum, fresh cherries, a lick of pepper, and cedar spice.
A premium Shiraz hand-pruned and hand-picked from from mid to late March. Fermented in a combination of small opens and statics, pressed and filled to barrel after 10 months in oak.
