The fruit used here is harvested at night to retain freshness. A blend of 78% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Noir with 100% malolactic fermentation. A bright lemon hue here, with aromas of citrus and florals, spices and even a touch of gentle red fruits. The texture is quite minerally. This is a vibrant style, quite upfront with a pleasing gentleness, all supported by bright acidity. Enjoy this now and for the next three years.
