The warm summers in the Adelaide Hills are often accompanied by the arrival of magnificent Cape Barren geese. Since 1999 Cape Barren have been producing exceptional wines that capture the essence of the Adelaide Hills region’s distinctive flavours.

Clean, crisp and fresh, our Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc displays intense aromas of honey-suckle, lime and green apple on the nose. On the palate, there is a depth of fruit, which is balanced with soft acidity to create a beautiful and refreshing wine. Flavours of passionfruit still on the vine, apple and lime zest with a hint of herbaceousness combine for a vigorous and delicious finish.
