The warm summers in Blewitt Springs, South Australia are often accompanied by the arrival of magnificent Cape Barren geese. Since 1999 Cape Barren have been producing exceptional wines that capture the essence of the McLaren Vale region’s distinctive flavours.

Our GSM displays aromas of raspberry, plum, blackberry and spicy notes burst from the glass. A plush and soft palate is led by bright fruit and subtle spice. All rounded out by the richness of the Shiraz in the blend. Overall, this wine delivers an oak richness with chocolatey complexity and smooth and lingering tannins on the finish.
