This Pinot Gris is perfumed and lifted fruit-driven wine with abundant vibrant pear, apple and peach characters. Crisp and fresh with a rounded mid palate and the wine lingers with complex fresh fruit flavours.
95 Points Pale lemon with green reflections. Aromas of pear, apple and white peach are lifted by floral notes and a touch of citrus zest. The bouquet is bright, delicate and inviting. The palate is fresh and vibrant with juicy orchard fruit, crisp acidity and a soft, rounded mouthfeel. 91 Points This is quite a delicate style, but that can be slightly deceptive as there’s good flavour intensity in the fruit sourced from Padthaway and Reschke’s Rat & Bull vineyards, with a little from the Limestone Coast.
