The palate is light and refreshing with juicy berry flavours balanced by crisp acidity and a clean mineral line. Hints of watermelon and pink grapefruit carry through to a dry, lingering finish that remains bright and beautifully composed.

The fruit for this delicious Rose comes from a single vineyard in Padthaway, growing Shiraz. Fermentation was in stainless steel and bottling followed to ensure a fresh and vibrant style.A Rose a that exhibits just the very palest touch of pink. A gentle and rather delicate style, there is vibrancy and freshness throughout. On the nose we have a touch of strawberries with hints of florals, red fruits and herbs. Neatly balanced throughout with juicy acidity, this is most attractive. An excellent Rose for enjoying over the next three to four years.
