The palate is crisp and refreshing with lively berry fruit supported by bright acidity and subtle minerality. Notes of cranberry, watermelon, raspberry and citrus zest build through the palate before a dry, lingering finish leaves the wine clean and super balanced. Excellent Ben Wurst winemaking once again
