The Three Springs vineyard is where the original Schild family homestead is located. situated on historic Narrow Road in Rowland Flat, this vineyard sits at 380 metres above sea level. Vineyards at this altitude are traditionally much lower yielding and produce fruit of the highest quality.

Intense and complex this full-bodied wine is rich and velvety with firm tannins and a long, lingering finish. Flavours of blackberry, plum and cherry with subtle notes of dark chocolate and black pepper round out this robust and well-balanced wine.

Deep crimson with a dense purple core. Blackberry, dark plum and blueberry, then cracked pepper, liquorice, dark chocolate and savoury spice. Fruit cake and mocha in there too. Full and concentrated. Plush dark fruit on fine-grained tannin and balanced acid. Oak brings mocha, cedar and warm spice and leaves the Barossa fruit in front. Long, powerful finish of dark berry, chocolate and pepper. Drink now to 2038.
